HR Strategy Game for Boys Especially in getting any Job while preparing for the Human Resource Panel

Dear All Students and Candidates,

I Have one of the most Important advice while facing any  HR Round you all and that is:

After giving any Competition Exam you may have faced some Interviews or HR rounds in which HR Round is the main role playing part for getting recruited in the job.

So in the HR section first check that:

1. Is there only One person OR 
2. any Panel Team members for the HR section, 

Basically there is only One person for the HR section to check the candidates..,

OPTIONS:

A). For only one person : [LADY+Equal to your height and figure (=like a college girl) and beautiful] OR

    For only one person : [LADY+greater than your age(=Aunt type )]

B). For only one person : [GENTS+greater than your age (=Uncle type )] OR 

    For only one person : [GENTS+similar to your age and height (=Young Generation )]

C). For having a Panel of Team Members (with Gents and Ladies both)

[LADY+Equal to your height and figure (=like a college girl) and beautiful]

Now if there is only one person in the HR section and she is a lady plus equal to your age (by looks or height ) then you have only one choice..,

TIPS:
First). Start looking direct into her eyes otherwise if you tend to see somewhere else like seeing her below the eyes or sometimes chin/ cheeks/ or below the chin then 100% she will reject you in just one look, no matter how much is your percentages or experiences and all.
Moral:
This shows that you want this job just for watching the girls and flirting and not determined for the job.

Conclusion: 
Always look into her Eyes and direct tell the answer,

Personal Questions Strategy Game:
If by chance she asks you that, 
1. Do you have any girlfriend then please don't say happily..Oh! Yes.., 
Otherwise she will ask you the next question and that would be 
2. How much girlfriends do you have ?? ..and further till you are not got trapped in any question..Please do not be true and honest here..Just Avoid it by reading further this discussion..,

Better Answer, To these type of questions is that 

Before telling the answers to any one Just tell:
"Excuse me Mam, Please Do not Ask me any Personal Questions"

and there she will stop..but beware what you have said right now Because after sometime she will again put up the same question for checking you again in other way like : 

3. How many times in a week you often go to movies with your friends without any boys ? OR 
4. Have you been in physical contacts of any girl in recent years ?? ..

then here your answer must be SAME as stated above..[Excuse me Mam...]

If you prompted any other answer regarding this then again you may get rejected..IF stated No also then also Rejection..
Because at the first time you denied to it for knowing the answer and now at the second part you are telling your only personal answer ..this shows that you can change without taking any responsibilities

TIPS: 

Always LOOK at the Third Button of his shirt. (Because they are more knowledgeable than you)

Also if you do not know any answer then Direct tell them ..

"Sorry Sir, I do not Know this Answer."

If you know the Answer then ask them gently that can I tell the Answer in Hindi ..as i am well in it (I feels like Home in Hindi=An Idiom) and tell your answer but never tell false answers .

Moral:

This shows that even you have a little barrier to speak english in that particular question but still you have the caliber to tell the answer in hindi with full confidence and knowledge..If your answer is right then they won't feel or have any question regarding to the language..and they starts getting believing you..

For having a Panel of Members : [GENTS+LADIES]

TIPS: 

Speak to only those who asks you the question by seeing direct into their eyes if a lady asks OR 

see at the third button if a gents asks  

ALSO:

If by giving the answer of any Gentleman and a Beautiful lady is sitting there then PLEASE DO NOT see her by giving you answer (it must not look like you are explaining your answer to all) otherwise you will get Rejection..

TIPS:

The Best thing is to avoid that girl or lady is to see above or some where else but never to the lady..because Its a Pre Planned Strategy to check the candidates Behaviour and Attitude.

Also Last but not Least is that Before giving any Interview or Facing any HR Round first Brush up Your 

1. Skills

2. Knowledge

3. Behaviour

Because in any Company you will see that there are lot of Girls getting hired in the HR or Finance Section only

As the company hires them in only one condition:

First they should have Pure Knowledge about their field

Second they should have a good Figure (=Healthy)

and Third is the most important part that they should be BEAUTIFUL.
